If they had a soul they would sell it for the right to be a facetious player.

If they had a soul they would sell it for the right to be a mouth with an air base  attached.

If they had a soul they would sell it for the right to be a parody of what ever they thought irredeemable and smart and with worth while in the better moments of their better natures…. the mirage of time.

If they had a soul they would sell it for the right to be a spouting child with things and themes and parodies and whistles in the wind.

If they had a soul they would sell it for the right to be a joke laughing as a joke laughing is the most cynical form of achievement that we have.

If they had a soul they would sell it for the right to be a mole and a sniper and a toe biter and a heel snipper and a sniffer.

If they had a soul they would sell it for the right to be a smarmy piece of turf warrior loving the battles of immaturity as the mother and comfort of us all.

If they had a soul they would sell it for the right to be a power in the cauldrons of the big dog in the tepid pond.

If they had a soul they would sell it for the right to be a colic, a waste of  a simpering gobbler and bundler of narrow insincere inconsequential empty inviting logic of the fleas.

If they had a soul they would be the joke to us all.

Souls work to build.
