Democrats Are Not Defeated By One Election!

As much as Reichtie would like to believe so, Democrats, Liberals and Progressives were not undone by the recent Wisconsin Recall election results.

In fact, as I see it — if anything, the Democrats’ resolve was strengthened by the temporary setback. Democrats are very resilient and History has always been on their side.

Reichtie brags that all the Big Union Money flowing into the state didn’t do any good – – – but they are not saying how many millions of dollars from outside special interests flowed into that election that was not from unions, do they— and as I understand it, the amount was enormous.

Unions were reportedly vastly outspent in this one so you cannot blame Union Money for the defeat (which I like to refer as a refresher course).

Reichtie likes to brag that Wisconsin is so much better off now that the deficits have been slashed and employment is on the uptick there.

If you want the truth of that, then you are going to have to ask a Wisconsin-based Public Sector worker how much better off they are now. I think it would be a revelation.

Reichties will admit that Unions were responsible at one time for fair wages, the abolition of child labor laws (The laws that at least one of their candied-dates wanted to abolish – – -“Let the kids work as janitors – – – remember that one?).

Some of those on the Far Right will even admit that Unions were largely responsible for making work places much safer than they had been in the old sweatshop days.

But the way I understand it, Reichtie thinks that the day of the unions has passed, that America has outgrown the need for competitive wages and benefits, that business should be deregulated to the point that safety wouldn’t be all that big a concern anymore —( At Will Workers should probably also be expected to work at their own risk is the message I am getting…).

Some on The Far Right like to point at vacant factories and decaying cities that were once shining beacons of American Industrial might and remind everyone that this blight is the fault of unions.

I don’t think they will ever admit that these lousy outcomes can be traced to the very day that Trickle Down Economics was born, the Air Traffic Controllers were scabbed out and Free Global Trade was introduced as the promise of the future.

In my opinion some Reichties are just so full of it!

Here come the trolls to try and dilute my message with their BS retorts – – – I will bet on it.

I am particular fearful that we might get to the point, in our internal power struggles where we would be a One Party Nation.
